Returns & Refunds
Our Returns & Refund Policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it . It must also be in the original packaging and unaltered in any way.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We will only replace an item if it is defective or has been damaged in shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and we will send you the replacement per your request.
Shipping returns
To return your product, please contact us and we will provide you with a return address. Unless the item is defective or there is a major discrepancy between the product photo and the actual product, or the item has been damaged in shipping, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the product. We also require you to provide picture proof so that we can better understand the situation. If you are returning the product for none of the stated reasons above, then the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received an approved refund yet, first check with your bank, credit card company or Paypal account again. If the refund has yet to be officially posted there, first make sure with them directly as there will often be some processing time on their end. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
